Introduction to Functions and Common Visual Installation Positions of UV Printer Visual Positioning

I. Unnamed Visual Positioning (High Well Depth Adaptation Type)

• Installation Position: Head Barrel Type / Head Line Scan Type

• Function: Can identify products with a well depth of 5mm, and printing is performed after the scanning is completed; it needs to be matched with a magnetic levitation device, and is suitable for scenarios that require well depth identification.

II. Visual Positioning CCD for Printing with Random Placement

• Installation Position: Beam Line Scan Type

• Function: No need to match with a magnetic levitation device, and printing is performed after the scanning is completed; the cost is relatively low, but the 600DPI specification cannot scan products with high well depth, and it is suitable for most product printing positioning needs except for high well depth products.

III. Unnamed Visual Positioning (High-Efficiency Conveyance Type)

• Installation Position: Conveyor Belt Motion Type

• Function: Supports continuous placement of products at the rear of the conveyor belt. When the products move forward with the conveyor belt, visual scanning is completed simultaneously, and the system can automatically RIP the image and print; it has high production efficiency and large output, and is suitable for products with large output requirements and low precision requirements such as toys.

IV. Visual Positioning CCD for Scanning Crosshairs

• Installation Position: Car Head Type

• Function: Realizes pattern positioning by scanning the crosshairs on the paper. After positioning, it can print hot stamping varnish or bright varnish, which is mainly used to achieve enhancement or hot stamping effects; it is suitable for the paper printing industry.
